To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- In the original packaging (e.g., brand box, dust bag).
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewelry, swimwear, or underwear unless the item is faulty.
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at hello@the-u.shop within the eligible period (up to 14 days) to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will provide you with instructions. Please do not ship the return without our instructions.
Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the proof of purchase. Mail your return to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

- The refund will be for the value of the goods only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@the-u.shop. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return label for you to send the item back. Upon receipt, we will ship the correct item to you or provide a full refund, including all original shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund as described above and place a new order on our website.
