Thank you for shopping at The U. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • In the original packaging (e.g., brand box, dust bag).
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewelry, swimwear, or underwear unless the item is faulty.
Conditions for Returns
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at hello@the-u.shop within the eligible period (up to 14 days) to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will provide you with instructions. Please do not ship the return without our instructions.
Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the proof of purchase. Mail your return to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Return Process
  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

  • The refund will be for the value of the goods only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Refunds
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@the-u.shop. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return label for you to send the item back. Upon receipt, we will ship the correct item to you or provide a full refund, including all original shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund as described above and place a new order on our website.
