Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual, by submitting a request on the website https://______________ via the "Place Order" form, acting freely, of their own will, and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, provides their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") to Individual Entrepreneur Karina Vladimirovna Yunusova, the owner of the website https://__________, for the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

  1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools.
  2. Consent is granted for the processing of the following personal data: personal data not classified as special categories of personal data or biometric personal data: last name, first name, delivery address, email address, mobile phone number; information about the product of interest.
  3. Purpose of personal data processing: conclusion and execution of a contract.
  4. The following actions will be performed with the personal data during processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
  5. Third parties processing personal data on behalf of the Operator for the purpose specified in this consent.
  6. Personal data is processed for a period of 30 days from the decision to conclude a contract in accordance with Part 4, Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
  7. Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by sending a written statement or an electronic statement to the Operator at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent, or by sending an email to hello@the-u.shop.
  8. In the event of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
  9. This Consent is valid until the termination of the processing of the personal data specified in clauses 6 and 7 of this Consent.
